NOTICE OF  ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

ST FRANCIS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION

MEETING : ST FRANCIS LINKS           

Members of the St Francis Property Owners Association are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Association, taking place at St Francis Links. 

Nominations :

Nominations for the 2024-2026 St Francis Property Owners Association Committee from paid-up members (in good standing) of the Association are invited. These must be in writing, addressed to the Secretary and sent to info@sfpo.co.za or delivered to 9 Philippa Place, St Francis Bay no later than 13h00 on 6^th December 2023. Both the Nominator and Nominee must be paid up members (in good standing) of the Association for 2023-2024.  

Participation and Voting

All members in good standing of the St Francis Property Owners Association are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting. Alternatively, if a member is unable to attend, they are entitled to either submit their vote in advance or appoint a proxy to represent them. An appointment of a proxy may be effected by using the Form of Vote / Proxy and, in order for the proxy to be valid it must be completed and delivered in accordance with the instructions contained in the Form of Voting / Proxy available on www.stfrancispropertyowners.com or email info@sfpo.co.za.

Voting will close at 19h00 on the date of the meeting.
