NPC Membership

All persons who pay the St Francis Bay Self Rating Area (SRA) levy shall by virtue of that payment become members of the Company (SFPO-NPC). Where the property concerned is owned by a Company, a Close Corporation or a Trust, the director, member or trustee nominated by the entity to represent it, shall by virtue of the payment of the SRA levy become a member of the Company. Only one person shall be admitted to membership of the Company in respect of any property for which the SRA levy is paid.

In the event of a property within the SRA being sold, the seller shall forthwith cease to be a member of the Company and in his/her place, the purchaser shall immediately become a member of the Company.
