Performance Highlights

St Francis Bay is in a significantly better state today than what it was at the start of the SRA journey in July 2018. The SRA, together with the DA leadership of the Kouga Municipality, has restored investor confidence in the town as witnessed by:

  • the three new retirement estates in various stages of development
  • the 150 residential building projects currently underway in the town
  • the restoration of property values
  • the significant ongoing demand for residential, commercial and industrial property in St Francis Bay
  • the unprecedented boom in jobs for our Sea Vista township residents
  • the inflow of new residents during and post-covid
