St Francis Bay Beach Restoration and the Groyne Project: Video

The Long-Term Coastal Protection Scheme (LTCPS) is one of the most significant infrastructure projects ever undertaken in St Francis Bay. Yet many residents have only seen the construction, without knowing the story behind the St Francis Bay Beach Restoration.

This 12-minute documentary explains why the project became necessary, how the groynes and beach nourishment programme work together, and what the scheme is designed to achieve over the coming decades.
