Newsflash From St Francis Property Owners NPC (SRA) – Groyne Lengths and Holiday Schedule

There have been several queries about the exact lengths of the new groynes, as well as a few understandable questions about what will happen during the upcoming holiday season.

Herewith the details for the first three groynes 

Groyne Lengths

According to the official Order of Construction map (below).

1st Groyne: 240 metres long (currently on 185 metres)

2nd Groyne: 200 metres long

3rd Groyne: 175 metres long

Holiday Season

WBHO Construction’s last working day: 10 December 2025

WBHO Construction’s first day back on site: 7 January 2026

During the holiday break, from 11 December to 6 January, the revetment road and beach access will be open to the public. The public is reminded that access is at their own risk.
